Yoo Yeon-seok won the Rookie of the Year award in the talk and reality category at the "2024 SBS Entertainment Awards" held at SBS Prism Tower in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul on the 29th. On the stage, he said, "I'm a freshman MC, Yoo Yeon-seok," he said, showing his embarrassment.
He then laughed with an unexpected acceptance speech, saying, "In fact, I didn't receive the Rookie Award at the Acting Awards, but I feel new to receive it like this at the Entertainment Awards." He took on a new challenge as an MC through the SBS entertainment show 「Whenever he has time」.
Yoo Yeon-seok said, `As an actor, I always understand and act on the script, but I was worried at first because entertainment was conducted without a script.' `More than anything, I felt a lot of pressure to be with Yoo Jae-seok. But the production team prepared it well and trusted Jae Seok to host it, so it was a fun time," he said.
In particular, he expressed his special affection for Yoo Jae-seok by delivering his acceptance speech. Meanwhile, Jeon Hyun-moo, Jang Do-yeon, and Lee Hyun-yi hosted the "2024 SBS Entertainment Awards" on the same day, and Yoo Jae-seok, Jeon Hyun-moo, Shin Dong-yup, Lee Sang-min, Seo Jang-hoon, Lee Hyun-yi, and Kim Jong-guk were named as nominees for the grand prize.
