Actor Choi Min-ho expressed his honest thoughts on the prejudice that he was an idol.

Choi Min-ho met with Sports Chosun at the Seoul Arts Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul on the 25th and said, `There were concerns and concerns about the frame, but I thought it was a matter to prove on my own," he said.

The play "Rendezvous", which was first performed on the 5th, is a two-person play about Tae-seop, a scientist immersed in rocket development, and Ji-hee, who wants to find freedom through dance, facing each other's wounds and emotions through an accidental meeting, and Yosef K (Kim Jeong-han) wrote and directed the play.

Choi Min-ho played Tae-seop, a rocket research developer who locked himself in his own law to escape from painful memories in the play. Along with Park Sung-woong and Park Gun-hyung, he has been triple-cast as Tae-seop and is on stage in different episodes. He said "Originally, once my character starts, I'm a person who digs in to the end. I've been acting for a long time, but I'm still always worried about how I can deliver it better." Then "I'm proud that I'm growing and learning a lot while doing the play. Knowing that if you don't work hard, the results won't come out that much, so I tried to find the hidden meaning by digging into each and every letter of the script. I tried to find the meaning of why I should express this expression," he added.

As for the charm of Tae-seop, who he played, "Because he was young, there was not much trust in the beginning. Tae-seop is a Ph.D. character and plays an important role in the launch. I acted the first part a little differently from the older members. Tae-seop was a genius, so he graduated from college early and completed the course quickly, but he drew it as a lonely and sad character because he doesn't trust people well. Even in a monologue, there is no angry part. The director also looked at it and said, "'If I act like this, I think it will be completed with Minho's own attractive character.'" In the middle and second half of the play, the proportion of romance was increased than that of the older brothers. I tried to put in fresh and pure scenes that could only come out at a young age."

In addition, he expressed his determination to prove the frame 'Idol-turned' in terms of skills. Choi Min-ho said "Of course, I have such concerns and concerns, but I think that's a problem I have to prove myself. I think it's meaningless if you can't prove it to staff and audiences in new fields such as plays and musicals. If you really like it and want to do it, you have to be good, you have to prove it. It is important to be good." When asked about the score he scored himself as a theater actor, Choi Min-ho said "I don't give a high score for fear of being lazy on purpose" "Even now, I think my score is about 50 points. I don't know if I can fill that score until the last performance, but I want to leave open the possibility of developing to raise even one point," he replied.
