SHINee’s Minho Buys Ha Jung-woo’s Luxury Home for 5 Billion Won

According to the real estate industry on the 15th, Minho purchased a luxury house 'Tiera House' in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul in May 2023 and recently completed the transfer of ownership. The house is where Jungwoo Ha has lived for about 10 years from 2013 to this year.
In particular, Tierra House is a luxury residential complex located at the southern end of Hannam Bridge and is located in a top-notch location with a view of the Han River. It has a structure with only one household on one floor, which is highly rare, and has a dedicated area of 244.91㎡ and a supply area of 304.48㎡, with five rooms, three bathrooms, and a dress room.
It was confirmed that Jungwoo Ha purchased the house for 2.7 billion won in 2013 and made a market profit of about 2.3 billion won by selling it to Minho for 5 billion won. Given that no separate collateral security has been established on the register, it is highly likely that Minho completed the transaction in full cash.
Jungwoo Ha recently sold Tierra House and moved to a high-end residence 'Apper House Namsan' located in Sowol-ro, Seoul. Although neither side expressed a separate position, it is also cautiously expected that the friendship between the two sides may have affected the timing of Jungwoo Ha's move and Minho's purchase.
Meanwhile, the two had a relationship in 2023 through the original TVing entertainment show 'Ticketing with Two Feet'.
