I'm losing the trial..Even if you look ignorant, you can't stop (Full Story)

New Jin's Min-ji expressed her feelings on her birthday.

On the 7th, Min-ji shared her recent status with Bunnies (fandom name) in a lengthy post on the members' independent account of 'MHDH_Friends' (mhdh_friends).

"I think I'm having a busier daily life than I thought. When I came to my senses, it was already May and it was my birthday?! "Time flies so fast. There are a lot of things I want to say, but I just want our members and Bunnies to be happy. It's the biggest goal of my life. I'm happy."

Then "I think it might seem ignorant to run while just looking at my happiness to do what I like."And yet "But.. I want my day, tomorrow to be happy. Forgoing happiness now for future happiness is the same for Bunnies' day.. Isn't it too harsh for yourself? It's a future where you don't know when it will come and maybe there won't be."

I also miss the time when we all came together with good music and shared our appreciation, but I'm always looking forward to the future! We're not stopping here, we're not going to stop! It may seem like it's stopped, but I think we're definitely getting deeper,' he said, vowing to maintain a barrier stance even in the loss of the provisional injunction.

Earlier, five members of the New Jeans began their own activities in November last year, saying that the contract was terminated due to the violation of the exclusive contract of Audor. Later, in February, the members ambitiously announced a new group name 'NJZ instead of the activity name Newzins. Accordingly, the agency Adore filed an injunction to preserve the agency's status and prohibit the conclusion of an advertising contract along with a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract.

The Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of Odor in March. I accepted the request for provisional injunction and decided to cite it. The objection filed by Newzins was also rejected. Newzins has declared a suspension of its activities after a court ruling prevented it from working as an independent member of the NZ. However, he appealed to the court.

Meanwhile, the second hearing date for Newzins and Adore's exclusive contract lawsuit will be held on the 5th of next month.
