MBC's new daily drama `The Woman Who engulfed the Sun' (planned by Jang Jae-hoon/directed by Kim Jin-hyung/written by Seol Kyung-eun/produced by MBC C&I) depicts a world in which the victim turns into a perpetrator, and a desperate revenge drama of a woman against a chaebol family in the name of her only daughter. With the first broadcast set to air on June 9 (Mon), the third teaser video released this time further doubles the curiosity and expectation for the main broadcast, capturing the dramatic change of Baek Seol-hee (played by Jang Shin-young), who destroys her ordinary daily life and pledges revenge.
The third teaser video released begins with Seol-hee having a happy time with her daughter Baek Mi-so (Lee Luda). In the following scene, Seol-hee's bright smile while walking alongside Moon Tae-kyung (Seo Ha-joon) in hospital patient suit makes even the viewers smile and feel the importance of peaceful daily life. However, the bright and hopeful atmosphere turns 180 degrees in an instant. Seol-hee's wandering the streets with a vain expression as if she had lost the meaning of her life suggests the shocking reality facing her. Seol-hee and Seol-hee burst into angry cries saying, "I think I'm going to leave you alone..."Now I won't leave you alone. The confrontation between Min Kyung-chae (Yoon Ah-jung), who responds, "I will make you regret it for a long time, increases tension on what kind of catastrophe the bad relationship between them will lead to.
In the following scene, the trials facing Seol-hee are unfolded one after another. Following a tense confrontation with Kim Sun-jae (Oh Chang-seok), who had a past relationship, the crisis of being dragged by mysterious men unfolds, amplifying curiosity about the reality of the incident that made him angry. Here, the ending scene leaves an intense aftertaste. Tears welled up in anger. Seol-hee's last line, "How I do you guys..." marks the beginning of an irreversible revenge and gives viewers a thrilling thrill.
