"Korean Language to the World" Kim Nam-gil Donates Significantly to Budapest Korean Language Learning Center

Professor Seo Kyung-duk of Sungshin Women's University said on the 15th that he donated educational items to the 「Budafest Hangul Learning Center" located in Budapest, Hungary with Kim Nam-gil. The donation was made in commemoration of the 'King Sejong's Nativity Day' designated as a national legal anniversary last year.
Professor Seo and Kim Nam-gil donated for the third time last year, starting with the 'Stroots Hangeul School' in New York, USA, and following the 'Canamsadang Hangeul Culture School' in Vancouver, Canada. The 「Worldwide Hangeul Education Support Campaign」, which they are working on together, is a project to provide practical help to various local educational fields such as overseas weekend schools and study groups teaching Hangul.
Professor Seo delivered electronic devices such as smart TVs and laptops to local Korean language education institutions in Budapest, as well as elementary school textbooks and various school supplies"I hope it will be of little help to those who continue their education in the country these days as interest in Hangeul is growing due to the craze for K-pop and K-drama."
