MBC will do its best to improve its organizational culture.

May the late Oyoanna rest in peace.

I would also like to bow down and express my condolences to the bereaved families.

Culture Broadcasting takes the results of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's special labor supervision announced today very seriously. We will do our best to prepare measures to prevent recurrence, improve organizational culture, and comply with labor-related laws as the top priorities of management.

1. Culture Broadcasting Corporation will take seriously the judgment of the Ministry of Employment and Labor that there was an act of harassment against the late Oyoanna and will carry out efforts to improve the organizational culture without delay. Also, we will take appropriate measures for those involved. Culture Broadcasting is already taking improvement measures based on the 'Improvement Plan for the overall organizational culture' submitted to the Ministry of Labor earlier. With this announcement, we will repeatedly check and supplement any inadequacies.

2. We will do our best to ensure that colleagues working together in cultural broadcasting, such as freelancers, non-regular workers, and employees of outsourcing companies, are not discriminated against. In addition, we will further supplement and strengthen the system to improve problems that may arise between freelancers and non-regular workers as soon as possible. We will expand and strengthen the current clean center so that harassment or difficulties can be reported and improved immediately. Regardless of the type of employment, when colleagues recognize this, we will improve it so that anonymity can be guaranteed and reported.

3. We will take appropriate measures as soon as possible after a legal review on the judgment of the worker's nature of some freelancers.

Once again, I apologize to the bereaved families for the unfortunate incident of the late Oyoanna.

Pray for the bliss of dead.
