Baekhyun Breaks Records Billboard Debut & World Tour Signal Global Solo Power

Group EXO Baekhyun is setting a new milestone as a solo artist.

Baekhyun is clearly imprinting his global position by making remarkable achievements in various fields amid enthusiastic responses from fans at home and abroad, starting with the release of his fifth mini-album 'Essence of Lavery' on the 19th of last month and his first world tour since his debut.

▶ From Billboard's first entry, it's a chart of four categories...Ahead of full-fledged U.S. activities 'Green Light'

Baekhyun's Shinbo was listed in four categories in the latest chart (June 7) released by Billboard on the 3rd (local time). It ranked No. 1 in 'The Emerging Artist" and No. 4 in 'Top Album Sales" and No. 35 in 'The Billboard Artist 100' and especially ranked at No. 121 in the main album chart 'The Billboard 200', completing a meaningful record as a Korean solo artist.

This is the first time that solo Baekhyun has entered the Billboard main chart, and analysts say that the green light has been turned on ahead of his tour in the U.S. and his full-fledged activities in the U.S.

▶ Both music and music are huge hits...'4 consecutive million sellers' achieve new record

Their music and album performances are also noteworthy. Upon the release of the new album, the iTunes top album chart ranked No. 1 in 24 regions around the world and the title song 'Elevator' was widely supported by global listeners, reaching No. 1 in 14 regions on the top song chart.

In addition, the initial album sales (the album sales for a week immediately after its release) exceeded 1 million in just three days. As a result, Baekhyun will continue to achieve the milestone of achieving 4 consecutive million sellers, starting with his 2nd mini album 'Delight' released in 2020, followed by his 3rd mini album released in 2021 and his 4th mini album released in 2024.

In particular, Baekhyun's album was amazing as of 2025 and ranked No. 1 in sales for all male and female solo artists who came back this year.

▶ First world tour 'Leverly' Seoul performance, 23,000 people watching for two days...Unlock the visual limit

Baekhyun's global influence continues in the performance box office. The first solo world tour 'Leverly', held 13 years after its debut, began a full-fledged voyage with Seoul performances held on the 7th and 8th. All seats were sold out for this performance, and in the end, additional seats with limited vision had to be opened. The number of audiences who visited the concert hall for two days alone was 23,000, proving its powerful ticket power.

In addition, the tour's first overseas schedule, the Sao Paulo concert in Brazil (June 14-15), was quickly sold out, and the first additional performance was confirmed in response to enthusiastic requests from fans, continuing the heat.

Through this mini-fifth album and Seoul performance, Baekhyun once again solidified his "Baekhyun's own genre" and solidified his position as a global solo artist. Expectations are high for Baekhyun's move, which includes musical perfection, ticket power, and breathing with fans.
