Judge Park Kyung-mo of the Daegu District Court held a hearing on Choi, who was indicted on charges of assault and other charges on the 12th. Choi is a celebrity who appeared on ENA, SBS Plus 'I'm Solo' as a 10th member of the group.

The prosecution demanded a six-month prison term for Choi. Initially, the first trial was scheduled to take place last month, but the trial was reportedly postponed due to Choi's absence. The sentencing hearing is scheduled to take place on the 24th.
