Jeong-suk, the 10th grader who slapped 6 times, ended up being sentenced to 6 months in prison. It's unfair

'I'm Solo'10th term Jung-sook was eventually sentenced to six months in prison for assault and other charges.

Judge Park Kyung-mo of the Daegu District Court held a hearing on Choi, who was indicted on charges of assault and other charges on the 12th. Choi is a celebrity who appeared on ENA, SBS Plus 'I'm Solo' as a 10th member of the group.

Choi is accused of damaging the victim's left face six times on the street and dropping her mobile phone on the floor. He was also accused of insult by telling the victim to the effect of 'Too much' when passers-by listened.

When asked about the judge's intention to reach an agreement, Choi said, `I contacted the judge several times for an agreement, but the agreement was not reached because the condition was that money was second and that I would not appear on the show.' He admitted to the charges of assault, saying, "It's unfair because he was so sexually abusive to me." He expressed his unfairness by claiming additional sexual harassment.

Previously, victim A said, `On October 3rd last year, I opened the door of a taxi that was standing on the street to return home from Daegu, and at the same time, I got into a dispute with Choi who was trying to catch a taxi.' He then claimed that Choi suddenly slapped him when A said "I got a taxi first, so get in the car behind me."

Mr. A presented the transcript as evidence at the time, and in the transcript, Mr. Choi "Record it, XX XXXX. I'll give you my lawyer's contact information, send him to the cell, and so on."

Mr. A later found out that Mr. Choi was Jeong-suk from the 10th period in 'I'm solo', and "It's quite inconvenient for someone like you to be on TV and laugh and work." I want to get an apology, and if I can't do that, I don't want to be on TV" he demanded.

The prosecution demanded a six-month prison term for Choi. Initially, the first trial was scheduled to take place last month, but the trial was reportedly postponed due to Choi's absence. The sentencing hearing is scheduled to take place on the 24th.

Meanwhile, 10th-generation Jeong Sook Choi was recently sued for fraud by selling fake luxury goods at a charity event she held. At that time, the 10th term of quietness ended without charge", but the police responded that they were still investigating.
