According to the real estate industry on the 16th, Kim Hye-su purchased a 242.3㎡ exclusive area of Hannam River Hill in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul for 8 billion won at the end of March.
It seems that the purchase was made in full cash, given that no separate collateral security rights were established.
Hannam River Hill is also famous for being home to BTS (BTS) member Suga, actor Kim Ha-neul, Big Bang Taeyang actor Min Hyo-rin and his wife, and Lotte Group Chairman Shin Dong-bin.
Kim Hye-soo, who lived in another furniture in Hannam River Hill, reportedly purchased the same villa after it was sold.
Meanwhile, Kim Hye-soo recently appeared in the original Disney+ series Trigger. The next film is tvN 'Second Signal', which is scheduled to air in the first half of 2026, and is a follow-up to 'Signal', which was broadcasted in 2016 and received great love.
