Kim Soo-hyun Seized 'Kim Se's House' Seizure...This time, advertisers tied up "3 billion homes."

According to the industry on the 11th, Clashes, a medical device company that selected actor Kim Soo-hyun as an advertising model, has seized Kim Soo-hyun's real estate.
On May 8, Clashes filed a request for seizure of real estate against Kim Soo-hyun, and the Seoul Eastern District Court cited it on the 20th of the same month to determine the seizure of the Galleria Fore apartment owned by Kim Soo-hyun.
An advertiser who did not receive a penalty after the scandal involving the late Kim Sae-ron and a minor, claimed by Se-yeon, reportedly applied for a freeze on Kim Soo-hyun's real estate assets.
Kim Soo-hyun has bought a total of three Galleria Forets and owns them. Clashes filed for seizure of one of the houses. Kim Soo-hyun bought two generations each for 4.02 billion won in October 2013 and 3.02 billion won in October 2014, and another one for 8.8 billion won in January 2024, and owns three Galleria Foreman.
On the other hand, Kim Soo-hyun and his agency seized two apartments in Seocho-gu and Gangnam-gu owned by CEO Se-yeon Kim and their sponsorship accounts.
On the 9th, the Seoul Central District Court cited an application for seizure of 120.27 square meters for apartments in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and 208.65 square meters for apartments in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The creditor is Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Soo-hyun's agency gold medalists. The apartment in Gangnam-gu is under the joint name of CEO Kim and his sister (50% of the stake), so seizure was set only for the stake owned by CEO Kim. The combined market price of the two apartments amounts to 11.3 billion won, and the amount charged is 2 billion won each, a total of 4 billion won.
Kim Soo-hyun's legal representative, lawyer Bang Sung-hoon of the law firm (Yuhan) LKB&Partners, acknowledged the serial seizure and argued, `At a time when it is becoming clear that what the research institute is currently claiming is not true at all and that actor Kim Soo-hyun is a victim of a crime, this is considered an act in which the victim is subjected to a secondary offense.'
He added that `The advertiser would have submitted a claim or data of the actor Kim Soo-hyun as evidence to claim that he violated his advertising obligations, but the fact that this was cited itself is a serious crime to the extent that the evidence fabricated by the actor affects the court.'
Meanwhile 'Ga Se-yeon' and Kim Soo-hyun have been engaged in a legal battle over the death of the late actor Kim Sae-ron. 'Gah Se-yeon' also released the claim that Kim Soo-hyun dated Kim Sae-ron, who was a minor in 2015, related photos and recordings, and Kim Soo-hyun held a press conference and refuted, saying, `We dated from the summer of 2019 to the fall of 2020 after Kim Sae-ron became an adult.' In addition, Kim Soo-hyun filed civil and criminal lawsuits against the bereaved family of Kim Sae-ron, including a claim for 12 billion won in damages, and filed additional complaints and accusations for violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act and defamation.
