Kim Tae-yi, a influencer from "Transfer Love 2" has been sentenced to a suspended prison sentence for injuring a passerby by drunk driving.

On the 12th, Chief Judge Jang Sung-jin of the Seoul Central District Court sentenced Kim Tae-i, who was indicted on charges of dangerous driving injuries under the Specific Crime Weighted Penalty Act, to one year and four months in prison and two years of probation. In addition, he ordered 20 hours of community service and 40 hours of compliance driving lectures.

The friend, identified only by his surname Moon, who was also indicted, was fined 4 million won for falsely stating that he drove to hide Kim Tae-i's drinking.




In September last year, Kim Tae-yi is accused of colliding with pedestrians and causing injuries while driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.15% in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. This is a number that far exceeds the level of revocation of the license.

At the time, the agency, S-Team Entertainment, said, `Kim Tae-yi had called the chauffeur and the accident occurred while the vehicle was being moved for a while at the request of the parking manager after stopping the vehicle", he explained.

During the trial, Kim Tae-yi appealed for leniency, saying, `I will live with self-reflection for the rest of my life to prevent this from happening again with this incident.'




Meanwhile, Kim Tae-yi made her face known by appearing on the TVing love entertainment program 'Transfer Love Love 2'.
