NewJeans’ Danielle Appears with ADOR at Omega Event After Injunction Rejection

Group NewJeans took their first public appearance with Ador after rejecting the provisional injunction.

According to multiple officials, Ador has been working on the advertising schedule together even after NewJeans' departure. However, the special part of this trip is that it was the first schedule after the court rejected NewJeans' appeal for provisional injunction.

In November last year, NewJeanschanged its team name to NZ and started its own activities, saying that the exclusive contract was terminated due to Ador's breach of contract. In response, Adore filed an injunction against the members, including a lawsuit to verify the validity of the exclusive contract, preserving the status of an agency, and signing an advertising contract. The members cited the absence of production due to the resignation of Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Ador, and the fact that they heard the manager of Billifrap to ignore Hani as reasons for termination of the contract. However, the court did not accept all of the members' claims and cited all of Odor's applications for provisional injunction. Members of the New Jeans immediately filed an objection, but it was rejected. He appealed again, but on the 17th, the Seoul High Court finally rejected the appeal of the objection, completely blocking NewJeans' independent activities. If NewJeansproceeds with the schedule without an agreement with Adore, it will be fined 1 billion won per case. Since there are five NewJeans, you have to pay 5 billion won if you work as a whole.
