Ju Haknyeon, who left THE BOYZ, filed a police complaint against AV actress for prostitution

Ju Hak-nyeon, who was kicked out of the group THE BOYZ, has been accused by the police of prostitution.

A netizen said on the 19th that he filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul to investigate the alleged violation of Article 4 (prohibited acts) of the Act on the Punishment of Prostitution and Other Acts.

The netizen cited an official's statement that not only the main grade but also the producer were excluded from work due to sex trafficking-related issues. This is a serious charge that includes the possibility of direct participation or assistance and mediation,' he said, requesting that the investigation be expanded to include structural prostitution and acquiescence within the entertainment industry.

Ju Hak-nyeon has recently been embroiled in a controversy over the leak of a photo of Asuka Kirara, a former Japanese AV (adult video) actor, and a drinking party in Tokyo, Japan. In the aftermath, Ju Hak-nyeon withdrew from The Boyz on the 18th and terminated his exclusive contract with his agency, Won Hundred. However, it was shocking to hear that Ju Hak-nyeon had engaged in prostitution with Asuka.

In this regard, Ju Hak-nyeon posted a handwritten apology on his account on the 19th, and Ju Hak-nyeon explained, "'It is true that he was present at a drinking party with an acquaintance in the early morning of May 30th, but he did not engage in prostitution or any illegal activities in articles or rumors at all.'"
