Park Young-sun said on the 10th, "Lee Hee-jae, the model's senior, went to heaven."," he said, announcing the sad news.
He then said "Senior who protected the tower from 1970 to 1990 and worked as a painter. I still remember the first time I saw you in 1987. He loved me so much. He said he was a baby and he loved me. Rest in peace in heaven and do a wonderful and splendid activity there. R.I.P.," he said, his heart ached.
Meanwhile, Lee Hee-jae, who worked as a popular fashion model in the 1970s and 1990s, died on the 9th at the age of 73 after battling biliary tract cancer.
According to the bereaved family, the deceased was diagnosed with biliary tract cancer in January 2022 and underwent surgery, but the cancer recurred in 2023.
The mortuary of the deceased was set up in Room 6 of the funeral hall of Seoul National University Hospital, and the coffin is due at 8 a.m. on the 12th.
