Son Yeon-jae, a former member of the national rhythmic gymnastics team, expressed her thoughts on postpartum care centers.

On Son Yeon-jae's YouTube channel 'Son Yeon-jae' on the 16th, 'Why didn't anyone tell me?' A video titled 'Son Yeon-jae Pregnancy and Birth Story Revealed' was posted.

Son Yeon-jae said, "'I've experienced it myself. Why didn't anyone tell me?' That's what I thought. If I had known more, I would have prepared more. I'm going to talk about it because I think I've prepared my mind.'I decided to answer questions related to pregnancy and childbirth.




Son Yeon-jae, who said she had severe stomach pain after giving birth, said "It is 100 times more than when menstrual pain was the worst. The passing stones are also angry because they keep doing it. The stone doesn't pass by, but it's just as ridiculously angry. I felt that it was really hard (to give birth). I thought it was a part of giving birth to a baby"'It's a chef's paradise' and 'I've had a good rest in the cookery', but it's really my personal opinion, but when I have a baby again, I'm worried about the cook.'"

Son Yeon-jae said "I couldn't eat abalone rib soup or something like postpartum care center rice. I had a taste of elementary school students. "I didn't have any freedom. I can't go out and meet people. So the second one is trying to think about the cook" he said.

He also revealed a behind-the-scenes story about his son Jun-yeon's name. The baby's birth name was Jun. Son Yeon-jae said, "My husband wanted to have a son and a daughter. So we called the man 'Jun' and the woman 'Yeon' among us. " He said "Jun because he thought he was a son, but he said Junyeon in the sense that he wanted us to resemble our good points."




But Son Yeon-jae said "Adults shouldn't do that. In the old saying, you shouldn't give your mom and dad your name. I sent an e-mail asking what it was like to find a famous attraction. Then, he said, "It's rare to name it after my mom and dad, but I heard the name is so good."
