However, Newzins is currently banned from being a singer due to a legal dispute with his agency, Adore. In March, the court accepted an injunction request filed by the agency Adore against Newgens for the preservation of agency status and prohibition of signing advertising contracts.
Since then, Newzins has immediately filed an objection, but the court has maintained the earlier decision to cite the provisional injunction.
In addition, on the 17th of last month, the Civil Affairs Department 25-2 of the Seoul High Court again rejected Newzins' appeal for provisional injunction, and Newzins did not file a re-appeal this time, confirming the court's decision on provisional injunction.
Currently, Newzins is banned from all commercial activities, including broadcast appearances, events, and advertisements, as well as as as singers without the approval and consent of Adore.
