Song Young-gyu is accused of driving drunk about 5km to Cheoin-gu on his way home after drinking with his acquaintances in Giheung-gu, Yongin, around 11 p.m. on the 19th of last month.
A witness who saw this reported to the police that it was like driving under the influence of alcohol, and the police immediately arrested Song Young-gyu.
