"Since NewJeans' debut on June 30, we have continued to take legal action with constant monitoring of malicious online posts directed at artists," Ador said on June 30" he said.
"We are constantly collecting evidence of serious violations of rights and interests, including disparaging of artists' nationality, appearance, dissemination of false information (fake news), invasion of privacy, malicious abusive language and use of contempt, and legal proceedings are being carried out in parallel with a request for prompt deletion." As a result, an investigation is currently underway into suspects accused of insults and obscene use of communication media, and some non-member users of DC Inside (aka 'Yu Dongnick') have been identified and transferred to the police station at their address," he said.
In the case of overseas platforms such as YouTube, we are proceeding with domestic legal proceedings after obtaining personal information through U.S. courts. We are also responding hard to malicious YouTubers who have repeatedly produced videos that can cause sexual shame on members by securing their identity. The YouTuber has also requested an agreement during the civil suit, but we have flatly rejected it. On June 25, 2025, in a civil damages lawsuit against the YouTuber, the court determined that the defendant's conduct constituted a serious personality infringement. As a result, a partial prevailing judgment was made for the defendant to pay each of the members a substantial amount of damages. We will continue to respond strongly to similar issues in the future in accordance with the principle of zero tolerance. Likewise, the criminal procedure appealed to the YouTuber because it was deemed necessary to impose heavier punishment for the suspension of prosecution with conditional education. We will take stern action until the end so that the YouTuber can receive proper punishment" he explained.

Adore is currently in conflict with Newzins over an exclusive contract. In November last year, Newzins declared its independent activities, saying its exclusive contract with Adore was terminated. Are they saying that Odor violated the contract??He changed his team name to NZ and started his own activities, saying there was no need to file an additional lawsuit on the door or pay a penalty. In response, Adore filed an injunction against the members, including a lawsuit to verify the validity of the exclusive contract, preserving the status of an agency, and signing advertisements. The court cited all of Odor's applications for provisional injunction, and Newzins filed two objections, all of which were rejected. As a result, Newzins' independent activities were banned. If Newzins engages in activities that are not discussed with Adore, it will have to pay a penalty of 1 billion won per person.
Odor has been proposing negotiations, saying it wants the members to return steadily since the first Newgins backlash began. Newzins, however, is stubborn, saying that he has crossed a river that cannot be reached by stone. Attention is focusing on whether Adore's love call, which continues to be rejected every time, will affect future lawsuits.
