BTS Becomes Only K-pop Act in Apple Music’s Global Top 500 of the Decade

On the 7th, Apple Music, a global music streaming service, released 500 songs that have been played the most on its platform around the world over the past decade. BTS showed off its potential by charting two songs: 'Dynamite' (34th) and 'Butter' (252nd). BTS is the only K-pop group on the chart.
Released in 2020, 'Dynamite' is BTS's first English song since its debut. It's a bright and cheerful disco pop, a combination of addictive rhythms and delightful and dynamic performances. The BTS was 'Dynamite', the first Korean singer to top the US Billboard main song chart 'Hot 100' and remained at the top for three weeks. BTS was nominated for the 2022 Grammy Awards for "Butter" and was nominated for the second consecutive year after "Dynamite".
BTS will release the live performance album 'PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LIVE' at 1 p.m. on the 18th. This is BTS's first live album. Among the performances on the tour of the same name from 2021 to 2022, 22 songs including 'ON', 'FIRE', 'Dope', and 'IDOL' were carefully selected and included.
