Born in 1969, Kim Jong-yeol majored in economics at Yonsei University and studied MBA at the University of Southern California in the United States.
CEO Kim, who served as CEO of CJ 4DPLEX since 2018, is considered an expert who has led technology-oriented growth in the industry by introducing innovative special hall projects such as '4DX' and 'ScreenX'. It is evaluated that it has presented a new customer experience through the convergence of various realistic contents such as concerts, musicals, and sports broadcasts and screening technologies.
