At the time of the first trial, Don Spike admitted all the charges, and the court sentenced Don Spike to three years in prison and five years of probation in January 2023, and ordered 120 hours of probation and community service, 80 hours of drug treatment lectures, and a fine of about 39.85 million won. However, he was sentenced to two years in prison at the second trial in June 2023 and was imprisoned again.
