G-Dragon's agency Galaxy Corporation announced on the 11th that the "2025 World Tour Ubermensch" Thailand performance scheduled to be held at Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on August 2 was canceled due to an unexpected situation.
Regarding the reason for the cancellation of the performance, he explained, "The cancellation of the performance was made due to the nature of the outdoor venue, Rajamangala National Stadium, in a situation where patients from heat stroke continued due to an unusual and record-breaking heat wave."
"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this, and we ask you to understand that all decisions are the result of putting your safety first."
The venue and schedule for the alternative performance will be announced later in consideration of the heat wave and rainy season. The performance is in the pre-booking stage, and there is no refund process.
Earlier, the agency announced the cancellation of the performance on the same morning, only saying 'unexpected situation' without specific reason, causing confusion among some fans.
Starting with the Seoul performance in March, G-Dragon is conducting a world tour 'Webermensch'. G-Dragon, who continued his three-day performance in Taiwan from the 11th, will meet with global fans in Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, the United States, and France.
