On the 15th, CEO Kang Ho-sung announced that he established 'KHS Agency' earlier this month and began full-fledged activities.
Kang presented the concept of a "strategic-oriented agency" to the entertainment industry based on his 30 years of experience as a prosecutor, a professional entertainment lawyer, CEO of CJ ENM, and CEO of CJ Group's holding company.
Unlike the existing agency model, the KHS agency advocates 'Total Celeb Care' that encompasses contract negotiations, crisis response, branding, and global expansion, not just schedule coordination or arrangement. To this end, KHS strategically manages the entire life of celebrities by forming professional organizations such as legal teams, content teams, PR and marketing teams, PI consulting teams, and digital intelligence teams.
CEO Kang said, `Celebrity is no longer just a celebrity, but a brand and a platform.' `It should be a control tower that can respond quickly to risks," he stressed. In fact, he puts the slogan "You will never stand alone" at the heart of celebrities' crisis response and career management.
CEO Kang said, `I hope KHS will become the best strategic hub with a system that allows celebrities to focus only on their main business.' and suggested building a professional network with global competitiveness.
