Actors Lee Byung-hun and Lim Si-wan, who are drawing attention on the world stage beyond Korea, will participate in this 'KCON LA 2025' as a special lineup. Lee Byung-hun and Lim Si-wan will take the stage as global K-culture messengers on the stage 'M Countdown', the highlight of 'KCON'. In particular, Sim Ji-wan will closely interact with global fans through various programs such as booth visits and special talk sessions.
Shim previously reported the appearance of 'K-Culture Night at the Academy Museum with KCON' at Hollywood's representative cultural space 'Academy Museum' which overlooks the intersection of the world's film arts and pop culture. The event, which will be held on August 1st (Korean time), will talk about the growth journey as an actor and the cultural depth of K content. This year's K-Culture Night at the Academy Museum with KCON collaborated with the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, sold out in just two hours after the ticket opened, realizing the influence of K Culture in the United States. This is an unprecedented shortest sold-out record at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, demonstrating that K Culture and 'KCON' are emerging as a 'central axis of culture' beyond simple trends in Hollywood, the core of global entertainment.
