Trot singer Kim Shin-ki touched viewers' hearts by expressing deep gratitude and sorry for her grandmother who raised her all her life.

Kim Shin-ki will try KBS 1TV 'Morning Madang' on the 16th! He appeared in the 'Dream Stage' corner and shared his family history and life story. On stage, he said, "I'm going to dedicate a song to my grandmother" and introduced himself as "My name is Kim Shin-ki".

He confessed that "May 18, 1962 is my birthday and my mother's memorial day" and "My mother died while giving birth to me, and I don't even know her face.' He then recalled his childhood, saying, `My father remarried at a young age, and my grandmother raised me and my sister.'




"When I was a newborn, my grandmother carried me next door and asked me to bite the milk," he recalled. "'If I cried a lot, she would make me drink saccharine in barley powder, and she would pay me 3-400 won a day for field work to raise me and my sister.'"

In particular, Kim Shin-ki brought the bread home without eating it and gave it to his grandchildren. I still remember the taste of the bread. After graduating from high school, he said he did not hesitate to do dangerous things for his grandmother. He worked as an exterior painter. It was a rope-painting job from 20 to 30 floors high, and I've been over the edge of dying three times"Once, a colleague mistook my line for his own and solved it, but by chance, the line got stuck somewhere else and survived," he recalled.

He added, `I sweat like rain in the summer, and it was cold enough to make my ears ache in the winter, but I didn't know it was hard because I had to live with my grandmother.'

However, after marriage, he confessed that he always had a hard time being good to his grandmother in his busy life. He "I didn't do well to my grandmother because I was raising my children.
