In the released photo, Lee Si-young is seen visiting Disneyland in the U.S. with her son Jeong-yoon. Jung Yoon enjoyed fireworks in Lee Si-young's arms, and the mother and son had a happy time sharing friendly touch. Lee Si-young drew attention by showing off her unwavering beauty and steel stamina even though she is currently pregnant with her second child.
Lee Si-young married Cho Seung-hyun, a restaurant businessman, in September 2017 and gave birth to a son, Jeong-yoon, four months later, but divorced in March. However, Lee Si-young drew attention by saying that she was pregnant with her second child by transplanting a frozen embryo without the consent of her recently divorced ex-husband.
According to the Bioethics and Safety Act (Bioethics Act), when producing an embryo through an in vitro procedure, the written consent of the person involved in the procedure and his/her spouse must be obtained. However, when transplanting an embryo that has already been created, there are no specific regulations on whether the other person agrees or not.
The ex-husband initially opposed Lee's decision, but said he would take responsibility for the child.
