KBS 2TV's new Saturday miniseries 'Eun Soo Good Day' (directed by Song Hyun-wook/ scripted by Jeon Young-shin/produced by Wind Pictures, Slingshot Studio) is a dangerous partnership diary conducted by Kang Eun-soo, a parent who wants to protect her family, and Lee Kyung, a two-faced teacher, with a drug bag obtained by accident.
Kang Eun-soo, played by Lee Young-ae, was a mother who lived a normal life, but her husband's deteriorating condition and economic bankruptcy pushed her to the brink overnight. In the meantime, a suspicious bag left by someone is entangled in an unexpected partnership with his daughter's after-school art instructor Lee Kyung (played by Kim Young-kwang), and eventually crosses the taboo line. Through this work, Lee Young-ae will show a new look that has never been seen before, unraveling the character in the extreme situation with a firm yet deep emotional line.
The teaser poster released today (24th) shows Lee Young-ae's up-and-down reversal like weightlessness against the backdrop of the endless blue sky. It perfectly captures Eun-soo's face, which raises a smile between hope, resignation, and liberation, and the weight of her life in the play and the inner emotional line where the crack began.
Especially across the middle of the poster "Then and now, which is the worst? The phrase " symbolically reveals Eun-soo's precarious psychology at the crossroads of confusion and choice. It raises the question of what direction her choice will lead her life and what awaits at the end.
The production team said, "This teaser poster visually embodies the turning point of Eun-soo's life in the play"How actor Lee Young-ae in the book depicts the process of a character collapsing and rising again, and just following the deep narrative will experience great emotional immersion."," he said.
'Eunsu Good Day' is a well-made work in which director Song Hyun-wook, who is recognized as a master of detail in various genres, and writer Jeon Young-shin, who boasts delicate writing skills with dense reality, are in harmony. In addition, the three leading actors, Lee Young-ae, Kim Young-kwang, and Park Yong-woo, as well as Bae Soo-bin, Cho Yeon-hee and Hwang Jae-yeol, are emerging as the most anticipated films in the second half of the year.
KBS 2TV's new Saturday miniseries 'Eun Soo Good Day' will premiere at 9:20 p.m. on September 20 (Saturday).
