Namkoong Min Opens Up About Gaining 8kg During Filming Break

On the 3rd, Namkoong Min posted several photos on his SNS, along with a short text, "'#Let's eat like this for 15 days, not less, not more than 8kg.'"
Wearing a gray T-shirt and jeans, he showed off his charm with a warm smile, although his face and body look somewhat plump.
During the short off-season without filming, we paused diet control and hinted that we were enjoying free meals only for a full-fledged diet '. Namkoong Min's pleasant self-display, which is known to be thorough in managing body fat, drew sympathy and laughter from fans.
Currently, Namkoong Min is playing the role of Lee Je-ha, a film director who lives a life of 'we, the movie'we,' in SBS' Friday-Saturday drama. The film is a human melodrama about a special relationship with an aspiring actor, Daum (played by Jeon Yeo-bin). Since the first broadcast on the 13th of last month, it has been broadcast every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m.
