Newzins, which Daniel belongs to, is currently in conflict with his agency, Adore, over exclusive contracts.

Rather, it ruled that Newzins should pay a penalty of 1 billion won per case if it ignores the court's judgment and conducts independent activities without consultation with Adore. Newzins filed two objections, all of which were dismissed.
As a result, Newzins is blocked from independent activities. However, the members refuse to return to the river, saying they have crossed the irreversible river with Adore, and are preparing a lawsuit on the merits.
