Lim Young-woong Donates KRW 200 Million to recover from torrential rain under the name of Hero's Generation

The Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Kim Byung-joon) announced on the 20th that Lim Young-woong and his agency Fish Music donated 200 million won to help victims and communities affected by torrential rain. Lim Young-woong and Fish Music each paid 100 million won under the name of the fan club hero era. Their donations will be used for emergency relief, temporary residence, livelihood support, and damage recovery for victims affected by heavy rains throughout the country.
Lim Young-woong said, `My heart is heavy thinking about those who are threatened by sudden heavy rain and are enduring every day in anxiety,' adding, `It's a small sincerity, but I hope that comfort will be reached, and I sincerely support you to recover your daily life as soon as possible.'
This is not the first time Lim Young-woong's good deed. He has been practicing constant sharing through fruit of love since 2021. In March this year, he also donated money to recover from forest fires in the name of the Heroic Era. The cumulative donation of the fruit of love, including this donation, amounts to 2.3 billion won.
According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, torrential rain caused 17 deaths and 11 missing people as of 6 p.m. on the 20th. More than 13,000 people from 9,700 households across the country have been evacuated, of which 2,700 have yet to return home.
