Park Ji-yoon said on the 27th "After fasting for 24 hours on Thursday-Friday, the third day of the Friday-Saturday switch-on diet..."I'm going through it safely"In the meantime, I burned 3 times of jiu-jitsu and 2 times of Pilates during this week's vacation. Lastly, do duet pilates with Dine!!," he wrote.
The photo released together showed Park Ji-yoon on a diet by exercising such as jiu-jitsu and pilates with her daughter Da-in. Park Ji-yoon said earlier, "I really started dieting. I don't know if it's obvious or not, but I gained more than 5kg. So, I will work hard for the month of August from now on."
Park Ji-yoon's diet choice is a switch-on diet. The switch-on diet is a diet that combines carbohydrate restrictions and intermittent fasting once a week, replacing more than two meals a day with protein shakes for four weeks and maintaining a low-carb diet. Park Ji-yoon, who began fasting for 24 hours, went on a diet by exercising at the same time.
Meanwhile, Park Ji-yoon married Choi Dong-seok, a former announcer, in 2009 and has one son and one daughter, but is currently filing for divorce in October 2023.
Among them, Park Ji-yoon and Choi Dong-seok recently revealed their recent vacation with their children on the same day, raising questions. With the possibility of reunification mentioned, Park Ji-yoon resolved the misunderstanding by posting an additional article, "'Late vacation diary for reasons that I didn't even Instagram because I promised to do digital detox for 2 nights and 3 days of vacation with my children.'"
