Currently, Newzins has suspended its activities in the aftermath of an exclusive contract dispute with its agency, Adore.
In November last year, Newzins claimed that the exclusive contract with Ador was terminated, but Ador said the contract with the members was still valid and issued a ban, including a lawsuit to verify the validity of the exclusive contract, preserving the agency's status, and signing an advertising contract.
Newzins ousts Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Hive, ILLIT manager of label Billifrap, who called Hani 'Ignore you'll give Newzins a long vacation.' claimed that the trust relationship broke down due to Hive's internal documents containing contents.
However, the court rejected all of Newzins' claims and accepted Adore's request for a provisional injunction. In response, Adore issued a statement appealing for the return of the Newzins members and declared legal action against the haters who slandered the members.
On the other hand, Newzins has declared a suspension of its activities and maintains that it cannot return to the door.
