Earlier, San was sued by the artist Reta (real name Fugia, 23), who is represented by Fame Entertainment.
Reta sued San in March, claiming that `while San and Jeong broke into his residence without permission and took out or disposed of furniture and personal items that were being stored' while temporarily returning to Korea due to visa issues.
