On the 15th, SM said on its official channel that it has sued those who spread false information related to RIIZE on certain online platforms, and that some who created false information or committed illegal acts by impersonating member acquaintances have been fined.
Subsequently, "Recently, schedule disturbances have been repeated, such as unauthorized theft of members' personal information and arbitrarily changing or canceling flight ticket seats."This constitutes an obstruction of business and may be subject to a claim for damages. Please be extra careful."
Through fan reports and self-monitoring, SM also reported that it is filing criminal complaints and civil claims against authors of malicious posts on domestic and international communities (Dish Inside, Women's Generation, Nate Pan, Instances, Doku, etc.) and SNS (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
In addition, malicious rumors and comments about RIZE Management employees have also been identified, which are also in the process of filing complaints by securing evidence materials."
The SM emphasized that "we will respond strongly in principle to illegal activities related to RIZE without a single leniency" and "Please be careful not to be punished for unpleasant things"."
