Park Soo-hong's legal representative, lawyer Do Hyun-soo (Lin of the law firm), said on the 30th that "Park Soo-hong received the news through media reports on the 29th that A had filed a complaint for intimidation" and expressed his position that "the massive report without receiving a complaint is suspected of media play aimed at damaging the image of a celebrity."
Park Soo-hong's side filed a lawsuit for payment worth about 500 million won in September last year, claiming that A's company used Park Soo-hong's face in advertisements without permission for more than a year, and explained that the hearing is currently underway at Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Court. Mr. A then refused to accept the court's decision to settle partial payment of model fees and was accused of non-payment to the manufacturer, he said, stressing that he was suspicious of the intention to file a threat claim for the first time in two years.
In particular, Park Soo-hong's side said, "A's allegation is against Park Soo-hong's legal representative's remarks in the past, and he never said that he heard threatening remarks from Park Soo-hong himself." A complaint against Park Soo-hong, who is not an actor, may constitute an innocent act.", he pointed out.
He added that "We will consider a firm legal response to the act of defaming Park Soo-hong with Mr. A's unfounded and false claims."
Earlier on the 14th, A filed a complaint against Park Soo-hong for intimidation. The complaint contains the allegation that Park Soo-hong's legal representative told A in June 2023 that `I'm sorry and guilty of death, and I think it should be at the level of 'Help me'. A claims that such remarks were made at the instruction of Park Soo-hong.
The police plan to call the two sides to check the facts soon.

1. Park Soo-hong received the news through media reports on the 29th that food company A has filed a complaint for intimidation. It is confirmed that Mr. A did not accept the reconciliation decision to pay part of the model fee to Park Soo-hong and was also accused of not paying the manufacturers.
Under these circumstances, it is an incomprehensible act for Mr. A to suddenly raise such an issue after '2 years' and his intention is suspected.
3. Most importantly, Mr. A's claim is that he was told of intimidation by Park's legal representative in the past.
In other words, it may be innocent to file a complaint against Park Soo-hong, who is not an actor, and has never heard such words directly from Park Soo-hong.
