On the T-Cast E-Channel 'Ryu Student Eo Nam-seon', Ryu Soo-young X Yoon Kyung-ho X Ki-hyun completed the Ryuhak recipe inspired by the recipe of the Sicilian Baekban Master. Kihyun exclaimed to Ryu Soo-young's recipe, 'Taste of Blue Bull' and drew laughter.

In the ninth episode of the T-Cast E-Channel 'Ryu Student Eonamseon', which aired on the 14th (Mon), 'The Three Brothers of Yozal' completed Granita, a traditional Italian sherbet, in the traditional way 1,200 years ago at Sicily's iconic Etna volcano. The first dish served by the vitae master was Sicilian representative vitae 'Paulpette agro dolce', which featured a sweet and sour seasoning poured into a meatball made from minced veal. Here, Ryu Soo-young requested the traditional method of making only cheese and egg yolks, as well as 'Caponata', which roasts various vegetables and eggplants in the oven for 30 minutes and then adds 'Agro Dolce' sauce to complete it. In particular, the agro dolce sauce in Caponata was a simple combination of vinegar & water & sugar, but it drew great reviews from Kihyun, saying, `I ate a lot in the market, but the master's food is the best.'




Arriving at their new accommodation, the three brothers immediately began developing ryugaku recipes. Yoon Kyung-ho baked long shredded vegetables in the oven instead of the original method of 'kak chopping', and then placed a spicy special sauce on top of a thin pasta noodle capellini to complete 'Kaponata Mulguksu'. 'Nuts Rubber' Kihyun created 'Meat Tangsu' with pine nuts as a kick, inspired by Polpette Agro Dolce. While Ryu Soo-young and Yoon Kyung-ho fell into a motorcycle-busting skit at the sound of Kihyun grinding pine nuts with a blender, Kihyun shed tears at the spicy taste of onions, drawing laughter.

Ryu Soo-young reproduced the caponata made by the Baekban Master with 'One Oven' with 'One Pan' cuisine. Also, cheese was put between thinly sliced pork to make cheese pork cutlet. In response, Yoon Kyung-ho said "That's why Eo Nam-seon and Eo Nam-seon must be " but admired "He's a comfortable brother during the day, but when he cooks, he becomes polite without realizing it." Then Ryu Soo-young "I was really bad during the day(?)...Can't you be nice to me during the day as well?" and Yoon Kyung-ho shook, prompting laughter by saying "We're in a horizontal relationship."

Ki-hyun gave a hot evaluation of Ryu Soo-young's caponata cheese pork cutlet, saying, "We are a seven-year-old Lee Yong-ga, and his cooking is 'Cheongbul'. Yoon Kyung-ho can't even express "It's lost" anymore...I'm suddenly so sorry and shy...," he said with a false smile. He said, `I came here to develop a dish that I want to cook for my children, but I only make what I want to eat. Rather, I want to make a dish made by two people for my children. My dish is spicy, so I can't eat it." The recipe development time, which ended warmly, entered a state of extreme tension when the Etna volcano, which I visited in the morning, suddenly exploded during the break. Kihyun and Yoon Kyung-ho, who came out and watched the situation, were embarrassed by the unexpected situation, saying "It's scary."
