THE BOYZ Unveil New Mini Album ‘a;effect’ with Genre Diversity and Bold Concepts

THE BOYZ's 10th mini album contains its ambition to create an intense influence by causing waves in the music industry. Various genres from hip-hop to band unit songs were included, and a wide range of genre digestibility and upgraded visuals were included, raising global fans' expectations even before the release.
The title song 'Stylish' is a minimal hip-hop based pop track that sensibly captures THE BOYZ's own free and honest style. Through powerful performances, which are the strength of the group, it will catch the attention of listeners and prove its presence once again.

- How do you feel about the comeback.
(Jacob) I'm happy to release a new album again sooner than I thought, and I'm so excited to be back with a new style!
I'm so excited and looking forward to being with The B.
(Juyeon) We are back in various ways so that you can have a hotter summer with hot fire. Please look forward to it.
(New) We came back with a very different concept than the last album! I'm looking forward to showing THE BOYZ's unique diversity and growth!
- Please introduce the 10th mini album 'A effect' and the title song 'Stylish'.
▶(Young Hoon) This album specifically includes band unit songs, and all the band unit members practiced really hard! Also, I think the title song 'Stylish' is a highly addictive song. Please look forward to it.
(Eric) The title song 'Stylish' is a simple yet confident song. It's a song that's not about love, but I think the lyrics and choreography are both attractive and express your confidence.
- What's the killing part of the title song or the highlight of the performance?
▶ (Current) The highlight is the cool group dance and performance completed by THE BOYZ members.
Sunwoo's style. The reason is that one of my parts has the lyrics 'Stylish', and if you pay attention to this part, you can enjoy it more.
- The part that I focused on the most while preparing for the album was
▶(Jacob) I think I paid the most attention to the recording and choreography this time! In particular, I tried to make 'Stylish' sound relaxed and cool, and I remember this part being difficult!
When I recorded the title song 'Stylish', I think I relaxed in my part and tried to convey it like I was saying it.

▶(Kevin) members practiced really hard. I was in charge of the keys that I knew how to play, and the members who are new to the instrument remember bringing their guitar, keyboard, and drum pads to the dance practice or on set!
The thought of being in a band with the members??Yes! It was so much fun when we recorded it, and I thought it was really cool to see the members practicing hard together!
(Q) I've always really wanted to try band music, but I'm so nervous and excited to be able to show you like this! It's my first time learning the guitar, and all the members practiced and prepared hard, so I hope you listen to it and support it!
- Did you participate or have any ideas during the album production process.
▶ When I recorded the title song 'Stylish', I remember seeing the recording directions myself to further revive the mood of the song.
I also talked a lot about the outfit ideas with the members. Above all, I personally participated in the choreography of track five 'Aura'.
(Kevin) The album is called 'A effect', which is a combination of the verb 'A effect' and the noun 'A effect'. We expressed our opinion with the hope that through our music, we will be able to have a good influence on The B and everyone who listens. I also named the English title of track 4 'Bright, clumsy, but beautiful'Constellation'. I thought it would go well with the song's atmosphere and lyrics because the stars come together to create constellations that fill the night sky.
- What genre or concept do you want to try
▶(Jacob) I was able to try both concepts that I wanted to try for this album! I've always wanted to challenge the band and hip-hop feel, but I'm happy to show you through this album.
(Young Hoon) I want to keep trying whatever genre THE B likes.
(Sunwoo) I want to do a killer concept because I want to show you something stronger than the concept I've shown you so far.
- The thing to look forward to in the new world tour is
▶(Currently) I think it will be so happy and fun to visit The B living in various faraway regions for the first time in a long time!
(Juyeon) Since the last tour, there have been a lot of new songs. Please look forward to THE BOYZ's more colorful music and performances.
We're going to show you a lot of new performances, so I think The B will like it a lot!
- Is there any achievement or goal you want to achieve through this album promotion.
Like the name of the ▶(Kevin) album, I hope our efforts can cause even a small wave to many people. There are powerful and refreshing songs, so I hope you can go into your hearts!
I hope that more THE B will like this album and enjoy it rather than performing in numbers or goals!
(Eric) Rather than achievements or goals that I especially want to achieve, I hope THE B will be happy and happy when they see the performance and listen to the song. Above all, THE BOYZ will discipline you with great performances and performances!!
