Will Kara Park Gyu-ri Adopt Ex-Boyfriend Coin Fraud Trial Witness

According to Sports Trends on the 15th, Park Gyu-ri was reportedly adopted as a witness in the trial of fraud charges against Song Ja-ho and two others, which will be held at the 12th Criminal Division hearing of the Seoul Southern District Court on the 16th.
However, it is unclear whether Park Gyu-ri will actually appear in court. If present, the witness questioning will be conducted behind closed doors.
In July 2023, Song was arrested and charged with fraud, breach of trust, obstruction of business, and violation of the Capital Markets Act under the Specific Economic Crimes Weighted Punishment Act.
He is accused of manipulating the market price of virtual assets 'PikaCoin' after recruiting investors to invest in non-existent art.
Park Gyu-ri has been in a public relationship with Song Ja-ho for about two years since 2019, and served as the curator and chief public relations officer (CCO) of the Pika Project at the time. After the alleged fraud, Park Gyu-ri was investigated by the prosecution as a reference.
In response, Park Gyu-ri stated that "he did not participate in illegal activities related to the coin business and did not take unfair profits" and that "it had nothing to do with the coin business of art and faithfully conducted the investigation as a simple reference."I have stated my position.
