Actor Lim Soo-jung (46) expressed her feelings about challenging the villain role in Fine.

Lim Soo-jung met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 19th and interviewed Disney+ original series 'Fine: Villains' (played by Kang Yoon-sung and Ahn Seung-hwan, directed by Kang Yoon-sung). Lim Soo-jung said, "I'm happy to hear that I've been No. 1 on Disney+ for 31 days, and I'm happy that you seem to be generally giving me good reviews on the work. I am grateful that I did not miss every single actor who participated, and that I felt a lot of sympathy, interest, and charm for all the actors and Yang Jung-sook, who I acted in."

At first, when I received the offer of 'Fine', the CEO of the production company asked me to look at the original work by Yoon Tae-ho, so I saw it. Yang Jung-sook in the original is a really scary person. He is a wicked man by nature, an opportunist, and clever. I met the director once because the character was very different from the character I had been doing. 'How did you make such a proposal to me. I asked him, 'What made you offer me this?' and he said, "I think I thought I could participate in the work because a woman named Yang Jung-sook, interpreted by the director, said, 'I want to be a smart woman who can control men with charisma that doesn't lose to rough men and demonstrate a strategic aspect.'"

Lim Soo-jung then said "When I was offered the work, I wanted to do it at once, but I think I wanted to ask the director's intention because it was different from the role I had played so far. If you listen to what I wanted to cast and bring out the actor, it will help you capture the character. We had that conversation in the beginning, and then I got the hang of it and made Yang Jung-suk, and as the director said, the first and second parts are 'Action' and 'Cut' and then they come to me and 'Your eyes are so niceHe did it. So I was like, 'What should I do?I did. I had that aspect in the previous episode, but I was lucky to be immersed in the character while talking to the director a lot, and after that, I was able to play the character without much disagreement with the director.

Lim Soo-jung also said, "'While working on a movie, I want to do an interview with people in their 20s and 30s and try to play villains or villainsI've been talking about ' a lot. It occurred to me that I was always talking about it. There are not many opportunities for such characters for female actors, so maybe I want to play a villain and play a villain, showing that I want to do more genre works. So when 'Fine's proposal came, I was overjoyed. I definitely thought it would be fun, but every moment of filming was fun. Since I had fun, it was well contained and the result was good. I think the viewers didn't feel that it was different from the actor, but that they watched it with a mindset of 'What, it looks good on you'. I'm thinking that acting must be fun. Acting is fun these days. Even from the time I did 'fine', I had so much fun working on it, and just as it is not easy to say that acting is fun, the point of concern is still found and we have to solve it. But joy, it's most pleasing and fun to feel that you're still alive. I couldn't help being in the acting scene, and I thought I had to act."

Lim Soo-jung said, `It is true that there was a desire and desire as an actor to show a new face. In fact, it's always homework, and as an actor, I have to break this once in a while and I have to show a new face. Still, I am very grateful for showing a positive response to my challenge and looking at it. I'm most happy about that part because Lim Soo-jung seems to show that she can look forward to an expanded role now."

'Fine' is a work that tells the story of the deceitful and hardworking livelihood villagers who flocked to take over a treasure ship buried in the sea in 1977. Is Lim Soo-jung the two chairman of the chaebol in the drama? He played his wife, Yang Jung-sook. He was an employee who worked as an accountant for the company, but became a wife after the chairman's wife died. In particular, he is said to have shown amazing acting transformations as a person who reveals his desire for money.
