'I live alone'Kian84 challenged 'Miracle Morning'

On the 26th, MBC 'I Live Alone' released a pre-released video for the 611th episode, which is scheduled to air on the 29th. The video showed Gian84 starting the day early in the morning.

Gian84 explains why he challenged Miracle Morning, saying "A grateful day with nine more hours" and "When you wake up early, the day is long. You can sleep dead. I feel better and my self-esteem goes up."

He woke up at 4 a.m. and ran on the Han River with Sean. It was a refreshing start, but Gian84 was exhausted soon, struggling, saying, "How do I run 30km again tomorrow?" while Sean said, "I have to get up at four because I have to come here by four-thirty."," he said, showing off his unexpected physical strength in a relaxed manner.

After finishing the run, Gian84 tried to swim after getting hungry with Han River ramen. He asked himself the question, "'Do you want to live dimly until the evening, or do you want to get up early with rabbit eyes and go to bed early?' but in the end, "I think it's too late."In a frank word, he gave his Miracle Morning impressions, drawing laughter.
