According to the legal community on the 26th, the Seoul Western District Court's Civil Division 3 (judge Yoo Dong-kyun) ordered 300,000 won to only one person in a damage suit filed by former CEO Min against three people, and dismissed the claim against the other two.
The court acknowledged the illegality of the defendant, who wrote a comment to former representative Min, saying, "'In the end, a crude (mouthed) tough lamb', saying, "'humiliating and derogatory personal attacks'.
Only "There are these X's in life", "I'm X's X's X's...It was judged that expressions such as "recognition" were difficult to see as infringement of personal rights in the context.
Former CEO Min filed a lawsuit against a total of 11 haters after a surge in malicious comments after a management conflict with Hive last year. Some of them have been withdrawn and have been continuing lawsuits against three people so far.
Earlier in March, former CEO Min won some of the damages filed against the haters. At that time, the court ruled that the writers of malicious comments were compensated 50,000 won to 100,000 won per person.
Meanwhile, former CEO Min is currently continuing legal battles with Billifrap and Source Music, and was dismissed from his position as CEO of Audor in August last year. Recently, Adore appointed Deputy CEO Dokyung Lee as its new CEO.
