The Seoul Western District Court's Civil Chamber 13 (Judge Lee Ah-young) ruled in favor of some of the plaintiffs in a 100 million won damages lawsuit filed by five Newzins against YouTuber Shin on June 25.
The court ordered Minji Hani to pay 5 million won each to Daniel and 7 million won each to Haein and Haein.

Meanwhile, Newzins has temporarily suspended its activities due to a legal dispute with its current agency, Adore.
In November last year, Newzins declared that his exclusive contract with Adore had been terminated. Audor filed an injunction against the members, including the preservation of the agency's status and prohibition of advertising. The court cited all applications for provisional injunction filed by Adore and ordered that members be fined 1 billion won per case if they engage in independent activities that are not discussed with Adore.
The adjustment date related to the lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract between Newzins and Adore will be held on the 14th of this month.
