The Seoul Family Court ruled at 2 p.m. on the 8th for a lawsuit filed by Kim Byung-man against B. With this ruling, Kim Byung-man has completely settled his legal relationship with B after his third lawsuit. Earlier, he filed a total of three lawsuits, two of which were dismissed.
Kim Byung-man's agency Sky Turtle also told Sports Chosun that "(B's) immoral behavior due to innocence was recognized and the dismissal was cited."
Earlier, Kim Byung-man reported marriage to A, who is seven years older, in 2010, and adopted B, a daughter A had with her ex-husband, as her biological child. Then, the divorce was confirmed through separation in 2019 and a lawsuit in 2023, and a lawsuit against B was also filed.
Kim Byung-man will also remarry a non-celebrity who is younger on Sept. 20. He already has two children with a bride-to-be and is currently continuing his family life on Jeju Island. In response, B filed a lawsuit to confirm the existence of the biological parent-child relationship, claiming that Kim Byung-man's two children were out of wedlock.
