Actor Kim Ye-rim (26) is fascinated by acting.

'Cheongdam International High School 2' (played by Kwak Young-im, directed by Lee Yong-woong and Park Hyung-won) is the follow-up to Season 1, which was released in 2023, and is a high-teen psychological thriller with youth romance, depicting Diamond 6 split after Oh Si-eun's fall and the shaky class order of Cheongdam International High School. In the play, Kim Ye-rim played the queen of Cheongguk High School, Baekjena, and depicted a variety of stories ranging from deep inner acting to power struggles.

Kim Ye-rim recently met with Sports Chosun and honestly felt a lot of pressure as she made season 2 following season 1. The staff who are doing this together are also their careers, so I had a lot of thoughts that I should do well as that came as a burden."

Baekje Nana, played by Kim Ye-rim, is the only 'Queen' of the Qing Dynasty. These modifiers may be burdensome, but Kim Ye-rim immersed herself in the play while acting skillfully. Kim Ye-rim said "When I looked at the script for season 1 to become Jenna, I thought 'All or Do". If I do well, I have a good evaluation, and if I do not, I will be criticized. He's a dramatic character. So I tried to change my tone and tone a lot when analyzing. My personality is actually just an old man, and I like food stalls, but Jenna is completely different. So I was worried a lot. I've heard a lot that my usual way of speaking is like a baby and a loose one, but I thought I had to change my way of speaking in order to do this character well, so I paid a lot of attention to that."

The reason why he left SM Entertainment after "Cheonggukgo" and opened a new nest in Blitzway, an actor management company, is to focus on his acting activities. Kim Ye-rim said "I've been acting while working as a member of Red Velvet, and I've learned the fun of acting. Actually, I've taken acting classes separately since I was a trainee. While I was a trainee since I was in elementary school, I gained experience in acting by taking acting classes at that time. I kept thinking that I wanted to make my debut one day and act, but I was so busy during my debut that I went abroad and went to the countryside, and when I opened my eyes, I was abroad, so I couldn't do multiple things well, and I thought that I wanted to act when I could concentrate. But at some point, it was so fun to start acting. As a different me, it was good to vent my emotions in a different way than a singer, and as a result, I felt that I wanted to try acting more and more in earnest. That's why I think I was vaguely interested in acting companies."

Discussions about the next film are continuing. Kim Ye-rim, who is preparing many things for her next film, said "Acting has a magical power that draws me out and makes me do something else. It makes me learn both this and that. The attraction is that you grab me by the collar and pull me out to do something new. "I think about it before I enter the work, but when the work is over, my worries are automatically resolved. Until then, he's the type to make a fuss. I cry and drink makgeolli, and the work is actually my own fight. So it's hard because it feels like I can't reach it alone.
