Koo Jung-ho is a realist who does not use any means for commercial success, and he is infinitely obsequious in front of the powerful but reveals his cruel nature to the weak. He is a character who concentrates on the power structure of the Chungmuro film industry and explodes the conflict of the play.
Koo Jung-ho presses top star Jung Hee-ran (Lee Ha-nee), who is problematic of excessive exposure, to step down from her lead role, and fills the gap with new star Shin Joo-ae (Bang Hyo-rin), creating a new tension. The appearance of Shin Joo-ae, who took the lead role with the bold declaration that `Please make me Jung Hee-ran' shakes the game of the play.
Jin perfectly embodies the ambivalence of the old ship. He grovels with a bluff smile in front of the powerful, but he shows his cruel nature to the weak without hesitation. He brought the character to life with gestures, speech and external details that seemed to have moved Chungmuro in the 1980s.
In particular, eye acting, which varies from scene to scene, is a masterpiece. The calculations hidden behind the sly laughter and the sharp glare of the moment cause goosebumps by convincingly revealing human greed and desire for power. Jin Seon-gyu, who has shown a monstrous human image created by the times beyond simple villain roles, is raising the tension of 'Ama' to the highest point.
Meanwhile, the Netflix series 'Ama' was released on the 22nd.
