Mr. A told the online community on the 22nd, `I don't even need to visit Korea legally right now, and it's not worth going to Korea right away to solve this case. I never asked for cost compensation first, and I can attend the investigation if there is a situation to visit Korea in the future." Song Ha-yoon said earlier that he will provide all expenses such as airfare, hotel expenses, and transportation expenses so that A can enter Korea and be investigated. In addition, Song Ha-yoon's legal representative, Ji-eum of the law firm, said "We have already prepared to respond by verifying the facts of the claims made after entering the country one by one."
Mr. A requested a public apology for a false confession from Song Ha-yoon the day before. He said he would take additional legal action if he did not respond, and eventually pushed ahead with additional charges. This is a systematic retaliation to socially remove public interest informants, and in fact, it is an honor murder. He said he planned to file an additional complaint, and later brought up Song Ha-yoon's support for expenses.
In response, Mr. A expressed his intention to refuse and "If you claim that there is no forced transfer due to school violence, all this is over if you obtain and disclose related documents through an information disclosure request." He pointed out that it is much faster to prove his injustice and much cheaper than the 'full support for entry expenses' you mentioned.
There are six documents that Mr. A asked Song Ha-yoon to disclose, including ▲ minutes of the student disciplinary committee and results of the student in question ▲ minutes of the school violence self-governing committee (if held) ▲ documents related to the approval of the head of education or the administrative disposition of compulsory transfer ▲ documents approved for transfer with reasons for transferring to school ▲ confirmation of whether to preserve disciplinary records ▲ NEIS computer log containing reasons for transferring to school. Documents, etc., including a copy of the preservation ledger stating the date of disposal and the reason for disposal in case of disposal. Mr. A said "If you get all the documents, you'll get up to 3,000 won."
Mr. A "Please release the data for a quick investigation. I respectfully request that you stop distorted media play, and I will sincerely cooperate with the investigation by entering Korea at my own expense," he stressed.
Mr. A revealed that he had been abused by Song Ha-yoon through JTBC 'Case Team Leader' last year. However, Song Ha-yoon's side refutes this and argues that there has been no academic crime.
