MBN's Wednesday-Thursday miniseries 'First Lady' (script by Kim Hyung-wan/director Lee Ho-hyun/produced by Studio G-Dam, Artist Studio, Roadshow Plus) is a drama about the story of an unprecedented case in which a husband who was elected president demands a divorce from his wife, who will become a first lady in the future.
Do-yu played Cha Jeong-yeon, the chairman of the Haseong Foundation, who was united by false resentment in the play. Cha Jeong-yeon is the younger brother of Cha Soo-yeon (Yu-jin), and was a troublemaker who had various accidents such as drunk driving, assault, and gambling. He was going to inherit his father's district, but he loses everything in an unexpected incident. Doyu is expected to double the tension of the play through the role of opportunist Cha Jeong-yeon, who is united with resentment and twisted guilt.
Earlier, Doyu made her debut in the 2022 drama 'We Are From Today' and has gradually built up her filmography by appearing in the dramas 'I Shopping', 'How to Love the City', 'The Essence of Perfect Marriage', 'Family', 'The Fabulous', 'Unlocking the Boss' and 'Final Weapon Alice'. Attention is focusing on how Do Yoo, who has clearly impressed viewers with his excellent character digestibility, will interpret the role of Cha Jeong-yeon in 'First Lady'.
The MBN Wednesday-Thursday mini-series 'First Lady' will air every Wednesday and Thursday at 10:20 p.m.
