The 13th anniversary of Choi Heon, who was loved a lot for 'Petal Leaf', is back.

In 2012, Choi Heon was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in May of the previous year and died on September 10, about a year later. He was 65.

The late Choi Hun made his debut as a guitarist and vocalist for the rock band Charming Guys in 1967 and left hits such as 'Five Leaf'Autumn Rain in the Umbrella'.




Choi Hun made his debut as a rhythm guitar member of the best group 'H6IX(H6)' in college, and in 1974 formed 'Black Butterfly' as a new member, making his name known as the best hit song 'Five Leaf'.

Choi Hun, who turned solo in 1977, enjoyed his best days with consecutive hits 'Angdu'Autumn Rain in the Umbrella'.

He was loved by many female fans for his masculine low-pitched husky voice and cool appearance, and won the MBC Top 10 Singers Singers King (1978) and the TBC Broadcasting Song Awards (1978).




Since then, memorials and condolences have continued from juniors and colleagues who miss Choi Heon.

In particular, singer Kim Jung-soo missed Choi Heon in the TV Chosun liberal arts program 「Life Documentary My Way」 in 2020.

Kim Jung-soo, who overcame it with a strong will after being diagnosed with stage 3 gastric cancer, said "I got a call late at night about a week before I went back. He told me 'How are you?' 'I'm getting better as I'm undergoing an argument. Then he cried and said, `I'm afraid I'll give up.' When I told him not to say that, he just hung up. Then I went back a week later." He was heartbroken, causing regret.
