Suspicions have been raised against Ibuki, the leader of the winning crew Osaka Ojo Gang.

On the 8th 'Supa 3' concert organizer Route 59 said "Ibuki will not attend the Busan concert at Sajik Indoor Gymnasium on the 13th for health reasons"

In response, Ibuki revealed on his account that he was asked to sign a contract from the concert organizer without even having the right to speak as an artist. He claimed that he fell out with the members of Osaka Ojogang due to the organizer's coercive demand for a contract and that he could not participate in the Seoul concert held at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium on the 7th without informing the members and fans of the fact. Nevertheless, the organizers unilaterally announced their absence from the Busan concert without official consultation.

In response, Route 59 immediately refuted the claim. Route 59 demanded a separate non-transparent condition in which the manager was not shared with the members during the contract discussion process. Strongly asked not to specify the performance fee in the contract between the production team and the members, there could be a situation where the members were not transparently aware of their fair performance fee, and we could not accept these unfair conditions" countered. In response, the organizers responded that they received a promise to participate after directly consulting with the members, but Ibuki unilaterally reversed it and notified him of his absence and could not be reached. He also stressed that Ibuki invalidated the previous agreement and made it a requirement to re-sign a contract with the manager as a requirement to participate in the concert, which was unacceptable to the other six members and kept evidence.

Later, a netizen claimed that the manager in question was Ibuki's boyfriend. A netizen using the ID 'w***** raised suspicions that `there is a rumor that the manager stole the appearance fees of the members of the Ojo-gang because the manager is Ibuki's boyfriend.'
